Hijo de Luna - Ana Torroja: This song is a story, the legend of a woman who made a deal to the moon to give it her child if she were pregnant. Beautiful song.
Houki Boshi - Yunna & Younha: One of Bleach's theme songs. It's a happy song and always puts me in a good mood.
Hoy Tenemos - Sidestepper: If you want some salsa latin rhythms mixed with a contemporary beat this is a great song. Cool to dance to also. This song will get you moving your hips even before you realize you're doing it.

In other news, I'm going in a couple of hours to the Cartagena Film Festival. Cartagena is a lovely colonial city by the sea, here in Colombia, very beautiful and filled with history and culture (those of you who've read García Márquez's Love in Times of Cholera, or seen the movie, will know what I'm talking about).

I'll be back Monday morning (6:00 am flight, evil, I know) but until then I don't think I'll have much internet access so if I'm not around that's why. Looking forward to some sun ^_^. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and I'll see you when I get back.

I'm in Panama.

A cousin called me Thursday night to offer me the trip and Saturday I was here in Panama. We came for a wedding and we are leaving again tomorrow night so if I've been absent that's why. I hope things are going great with all of you.

Went to the Panama Channel yesterday so now I can say I've been there. I really wish I was more excited about the boat going through the channel quite slowly but I was mostly hot and thinking about the sunscreen I should have applied before going to the channel. *shrugs*

I played poker at the casino last night. That was fun! I won $15 which isn't much at all but I only gambled $10 and played for like 2 hours... I'm going back tonight ^-^

I'm doing shopping, kind of. The Wii is tempting me... I want that just to play Guitar Hero World Tour. Do any of you have it? is it worth it?? Should I just be a responsible adult and refrain? Any other cool shiny I should get instead??? Decisions, decisions... *ponders*

So... remember those drabbles I owe you? It might take a bit (a lot) longer. I kind of broke my arm so the typing thing is not happening that much. I type way too slow with one hand.

I've been awake since 4. Lost the battle with sleep at 9 last night.

Hello, everyone. I'm just making a small post, now that I got a little time of internet access, to let you know that I'm okay. I arrived in Tel Aviv after lovely 32 hours of travel... but yeah, to get here it was worth it. It's very cool being here again. It feels different than what it did last time but still wonderful. I love Jerusalem so much and I was happy to be able to walk through the old city again. Well, I'll have to go now. *loves you all* I won't be replaying to anything until I get back but I had a chance to read your comments to various posts and they made me very happy. Have a wonderful end of year *huggles*

You know, I had a thought today… I'm a writer.

See, I'm done with school so I'm not a student anymore. I don't have a job but I am writing freelance articles for two community magazines, and today the editor of one called me and said that it could be interesting for me to write a column with film critics. So, I don't have a job, I stay at home all day but people are paying me to write. It might not be a lot of money, and definitely it isn't a salary or anything like that, but people are playing me to write, hence, I'm a writer. *beams*

I've been terribly busy. I have this article thing to write, plus the thesis and they are severely kicking my ass. So in short don't expect any writing from me in a while, and I might be slow getting back to you if you have commented, written me mails or whatever.

*kicks stupid thesis* I'm so not studying next year.
