In other news, after years of trying I got my best friend, galadriel_lll, to watch Gundam Wing *grins* She's enjoying it and I'm having fun hearing her reactions to everything. She's halfway through so far. I'm going to watch the Endless Waltz DVD I got for my birthday with her when she's done with the series. It's been years since I watched it so I'm really looking forward to that. Another thing I'm really looking forward to is the 'introducing her to GW fics phase' ^-^ Shall be fun. She did her first GW math today which included 1x2=♥, 1x3=♥, 2x4=♥ and definitely 3x4=♥ (her words, not mine)... We'll see what her math is at the end ^_^

merith is collecting a list of fic recommendations in mission_briefs. Right now people are commenting with their favorites and eventually there'll be a poll. The recs are divided on topics like humor, romance, angst, etc, so go over there and rec your favorite fic!

So far, most of the recs are 1x2 which is a pairing I love, but it'll be cool to show some love for other ships. I know I'm probably forgetting a lot of cool fics so I hope you all can help me remember them (and then, maybe you can rec something I haven't read and make me really happy ^-^)

I've been thinking… not because I want to but because the thought won't leave me alone, and even makes me go squee (and I don't go squee that often).

But, wouldn't Quatre be a great Ryuosuke? Can't you just see him as a kick ass driver? Wouldn't he be the type to step back and be the brains of the operation, knowing exactly what to do, and when to do it? The strategist of the group?

He would definitely have the money to keep the Project going, and the equipment. And he would simply look way too cool doing it.

Is a nice thought, isn't it?

I don't think I want to write it. I don't have the time, and I know nothing about cars so I wouldn't do a good job. I guess I just want to think about it. Yes, think about it.

In other news, _blackster_ is way too cool and is hosting the GQ Quatre Fanart Contest. If you can draw, participate! (the prizes are great). And if you are like me and can't even draw a decent happy face, then pimp!

Also, I think all of you may have already know this but merith proposed April as the Showering!Quatre month, so go ahead and write or draw something.

And since I'm pimping Quatre, don't forget the action challenge in the SDQB.

Writing Update:

I have the first chapter of a new fic I need to check over before sending it to the beta. It's a fantasy 1x4 and Hex's fault... that's all I'm saying. *grins*

I'm also working on Sandstorm 5, and I hope to finish the chapter by the end of this week.

*looks at the bunny list* There is a Quatre ficlet in line after Sandstorm.

I guess that will keep me busy for a while...
