Yesterday I wrote a little drabble for dmnurtle so I'm posting it here.

Banana Hammock

"What's this?" Heero asked, pointing at the strange artifact with two fingers.

"A banana hammock," Duo answered and kept washing the dishes.

Heero raised an eyebrow and glared at the hammock. "Is it supposed to be kinky?"

Duo laughed. "No! It's supposed to hold bananas. Quatre sent it over today."

Somehow, that last remark didn't put Heero's worries at ease about the alternative uses of the supposedly harmless kitchen utensil. "He also sent us a purple vibrator for our anniversary."

"That was from Trowa too." Duo finished with the dishes, put the sponge on the rack and rinsed his hands.

"And this was from Quatre alone?"

"You know they sign everything together, but really, Heero, do you see Trowa buying this?"

"If they sell it on a sex shop," Heero muttered.

Duo dried his hands on his jeans and walked towards Heero. He picked the banana hammock from the counter and inspected it carefully. "I don't see how we could use this to…" He turned it over, paused and grinned.

And as Duo pulled him towards the bedroom, banana hammock in hand, Heero hid a smirk and made a mental note to thank Trowa for an excellent idea.

This (http://static.flickr.com/46/152524889_38dea15e45_m.jpg) is a banana hammock. Basically is a small hammock thingy to put bananas on. It's not nearly as pervy as it sounds... unless you are creative like Duo.
