32. Confusion

Quatre had stood at the door, incapable of smiling, and watched the road until no one was there; the sound of Duo's voice brought him back, dissipating slowly the confusion that had settled since the moment Trowa had said goodbye, and Quatre held onto Duo: the only thing that wasn’t spinning.

merith is evil and made another comm, 5sentence_fics, which I joined but I'm not writing for, nope, not at all. But you all should join and write. It sounds like fun.

And, well, just in case I do end up writing, which I'm not saying I would, would anyone be interested in reading Quatre - Dorothy? Not in a romantic way, since I don't think I could write that, but more like rivals who can occasionally enjoy teasing each other way? *hides*

but hey, it's writing... and i really like the idea of an at odds pairing - like a dorothy/quatre (without sex) or a heero/zechs (without sex) or even a wufei/treize... or from other fandoms, i can see an inuyasha/naraku (without sex, of course), and if you really wanted to dig deep psychologically, (demon eyes) kyo/kyoshiro. i'm still thinking of who i'd like to tackle from that angle. so, yeah, i'm all for seeing what you don't write for the comm!


and this one-sentence is wonderful! makes you ache for quatre, hope for trowa to come back soon. :(

I love writing Quatre and Dorothy as friends, rivals, or simply around each other, but I'm not sure I could write them as a couple. Notice how I said they were a couple in the College not-an-arc, but never explained or wrote about it? Ok, maybe I could write them as a couple in an AU but not in Canon, I rather write DxR for Canon... weird, uh?

I'd read Quatre-Dorothy. I think their verbal sparring would be much more fun than sex between them. ^_^

I'll exlain a little better with another sentence. Even though they are one series they are not written cronologically, but I do intend to explain sooner or later.

I love writing Quatre and Dorothy interacting. They are fun because they are so alike and yet so different. And Dorothy always amuses me.

I like writing them interacting, they are fun. And Dorothy is just a great character to write. I might give up and end up doing it. We'll see.

I've never tried writing Quatre and Dorothy in a relationship. I've implied they were in one but never writen it. However, I love both characters and how they intereact together, so I might end up writing this... we'll see.

see I hate dorothy and quatre when they're all sexed up. But I love Dorothy and Quatre as good friends. I think they would be. They'd tease each other definately. Like a best pal you're always having prank wars with.

I always see their relationship as very peculiar. There'll be some affection but also a lot of wanting to best the other. Like a constant match were there is no animosity. But I've also been known to write Dorothy as the villan, because she does it so well. It's fun to play with them, and Dorothy is one of my favorote characters because she is so complex.

Prank wars are fun. I was thinking if I could do something on the lines of "After the Beep", fugure out how they got to that score, but I'll have to see.

I'll try to explain more in future sentences, because even though the focus is Quatre and Duo, the other guys are also part of their lives.
