10 fan-ish admittances of shame:

Because we all know I'm sheep.
1. I skip sex scenes. If I'm reading a story for the plot, I skip all the sex scenes. They bore me, so they have to have something especial for them to work for me. That's why I like fetish fics. It makes things more interesting. I love reading foreplay, but not the act itself. *shrugs* It’s the same when I write. I like writing foreplay, but the actual sex is really short or non existent in my fics... I'm sure that bothers some people but it just doesn't flow easy for me.
2. I want to turn almost every movie I see into a GW fusion. I plot; I make the necessary changes in my head for the story to work, think of the scenes, dialogue and ending, and never write them... well, except for one WIP...
3. I've developed the ability to spot capital Qs in fics. I find myself skimming and looking for that Q, hoping it will be followed with "uatre". So yeah, I skim fics to see if Quatre is in them, and if he's not, I probably won't read it. This applies to writers I don't know. If I already know and like a writer's work, this rule doesn't apply.
4. I like bad!Fic. Okay, so you already knew that but it was worth stating. :P
5. I'm an angst whore... I love to see characters go through difficult things, but I like them to overcome them too, so happy endings are very important, or at least hopeful ones.
6. I tell myself stories before I go to sleep, and sometimes I end up writing them.
7. When I read song fics, I skip the lyrics.
8. I don't read crossdresing, mpreg, or shota. It just doesn't appeal to me.
9. As Gina said, there are many TV shows, movies, anime and books that I adore, but that I would never see myself writing fics about.
10. I'm addicted to fics, especially GW Quatre-centric fics. That's why I go around stalking writers. I want more, and more, and more...
