^^ It's a really amazing if rather large fandom. Some of my favorites are:

SUPERNATURAL:

The Last Outpost of All that Is, stearns
Post apocalypse, so beautiful and thought out. Eventual Sam/Dean but so well done. The author did a ton of research and it’s a brilliantly described and nuanced story. Also, the image of Sam tagging his way across the US is pretty awesome. 147 pgs

People Livin’ in Competition, ladyjaida
This is a blindingly funny story. The podfic for it (read by sadcypress) captures Dean’s voice fantastically well, but just on paper it shines.
A story of assumptions and one-upmanship. Dean and Sam are perfect for it because they’re brothers and they compete and play practical jokes and bicker. Pranks that escalate into something more, the progression is believable, and with minimalist writing to tell a broader sweep of time in a shorter span of words. Wow. Dean/Sam. Light R.

Bobby’s POV on SamandDean post Sam’s death. Not written to be slash but easily read as such, and wonderfully depicting the strong relationship that exists between the characters, romantic or not.

Ellen’s POV on the Winchesters, greeks, pack, fighting pairs and pool hustling. A fascinating interpretation and well written too. About a page or two (not including interesting sequels). There really are not enough words for how much I love this series. These stories are not about animals themselves, but a family that pretty much behaves like animals. I just love the "what if" aspect of this series. I'd also like to mention that this is one of the best outsider POV series, in my opinion.

Common Knowledge, elucreh
Jared finds himself through fandom. This is really why I wrote my thesis. It’s hilarious, and self-depricating, and a strong affirmation of fandom at the same time. And a wonderful read. And it links to the J2 Ballad. Really, this reads believable. 41 pgs
