The last few days I wrote a couple of drabblish 1x2 fics and I'm posting them here.

Eyes turned and mouths gaped when Heero Yuy walked that evening into Preventers' HQ. A few secretaries giggled and whispered excitedly but Heero didn't notice them. He was in the middle of a self imposed mission and he needed to focus.
Not bothering to knock on the door, Heero just walked into the office and stopped in front of the desk, waiting to be noticed. It wasn't long before Duo lifted his eyes from the report in his hand, blinked, let his mouth hang open and then tried to cover up his shock with a grin. "Well aren't we looking posh tonight, Heero. Got a hot date?"
Heero couldn't resist the urge to smirk a little. Trowa had been right when he suggested these clothes. He put his hands in his black jacket pockets and tried to look casual. "Yes."
Duo's grin quivered before returning even brighter than before, too bright, too forced to be real. "You've been keeping stuff from me man. So, who's the lucky girl?"
"Boy."
"Boy?" Duo frowned slightly and then his eyes widened. "Boy! Now you've been keeping a lot from me. Not that we usually discuss your love life but I guess I thought that if you ever decided to date another guy you'd tell me."
"I am," Heero pointed out.
Duo didn't reply. He looked at Heero for a long time and Heero looked at him. No one said anything.
"Umm." Duo fidgeted with the end of his braid. "Aren't you gonna be late?"
"No." Heero paused and crossed his fingers inside his jacket pocket. "But you are. The reservations are at eight."
The braid fell on Duo's desk. "Uh?"
Heero swallowed and looked down a moment before looking up at Duo again. "You are the lucky boy… if you want to."
Duo's fake grin turned into a full smile. "Really? Er, I mean, yeah, hell yeah!"
Eyes turned and mouths gaped when Heero Yuy and Duo Maxwell walked out of Preventers' HQ that evening, smiling awkwardly like a couple of school boys. Three former Gundam pilots snickered but Heero and Duo didn't notice them. They were in the middle of their first date and that was all that mattered.

"Umm…" Duo knew Heero was awake. He might be really good and feigning sleep but Duo knew, just knew. "You know that's my bed, right?"
Heero didn't even open his eyes and just mumbled something Duo didn't quite get.
"You have your own bed in your own room," Duo continued. "Cat's rich and there're enough rooms in this joint to house half Preventers."
This time Heero didn't even make a sound and just snuggled closer into his pillow.
"Come on, man!" Duo sat on the edge of the bed, trying to see if there was a way he could lay there comfortably with Heero sprawled all the way across it. "You didn't even have that much to drink."
Heero ignored him and Duo considered briefly going to Heero's room and sleeping there. Really, that was the logical thing to do. Still, he didn't move.
Yawning, Duo poked Heero in the ribs twice. No good. He sighed and was about to stand up when two arms held him around the waist and pulled him down on the bed.
"Umm…" Duo felt Heero rest his chin on his shoulder. "Heero?"
"Go to sleep, Duo."
Duo closed his eyes, feeling the comfy pillow under his cheek and Heero's arms around him. In a moment he was asleep.
