At Lunch…
Everyone in Preventers HQ knew Quatre Winner. Some few also knew that Trowa Barton wasn't the only reason why the billionaire paid daily visits to HQ. Those few who had high enough clearance thought of Quatre as Captain Winner, and weren’t fooled by the three piece suit or elegant demeanor.
Even though Quatre had daily one hour meetings scheduled with various Preventer agents every day at 2 pm, he always arrived at HQ at 1pm sharp. He would walk pass the lobby, into the elevators, to the tenth floor and into Trowa's office.
Minutes later, both of them would leave the building, climb into Quatre's sports car or Trowa's bike and drive off to a restaurant. Whoever wasn't driving got to pick. Quatre favored upscale restaurants that always had a table reserved for Mr. Winner, while Trowa liked small places with plastic chairs and smiling patrons that happily greeted Trowa and his 'cute boyfriend' at the door. No matter how many times he'd heard it, Quatre always mutter that he wasn't cute and the patrons, thinking that he was, would give them dessert for free.
When they arrived back at Preventers', the former pilots would gather in Duo's office – because it was the one with the couch – and spend the last few minutes of the lunch break talking. Then, Quatre would wave goodbye at the others, kiss Trowa and go to his meeting.
And after he was done, Quatre would sneak into Trowa's office for one quick kiss before going back to WEI and his work.
