I liked this book from the first chapter. After all, there's nothing like a story about books for a booklover. The characters are interesting and real but I didn't develop that strong connection I do with the characters I really like. The story and the way it was presented was well crafted, keeping the tension and the interest in the story. I do feel that it isn't very elaborated plot wise. For a 600 page book not a lot happens but the story still is captivating and the narration works very well. I especially liked the quotes at the beginning of each chapter and how those and the book itself urged me to read or reread some other books. All in all, a very good read.

And let me take this oportunity to pimp two things:
1.
whales_tooth. It's a great book comunity and there are regular posts. If you are looking for books to read, this is a good place. also, I remember some of you wanting recs for gay fiction and Anne and I think Lil have been posting reviews of those.
2.
Goodreads. I know I've pimped this before but it's a great side to keep track of the books you've read, share reviews with your friends and get some wonderful ideas on what to read next. You can find my books
