Someone recced this fic on crack_broom today, and I'm glad they did. It's beautifully done. There's so much fanfic potential in that lost seventh year at Hogwarts, but I've not yet seen it written as well, as in-character, and as revealing of House differences as in this fine story. From what little we hear of that year in canon, it doesn't seem as if the teachers interferred as much as they could/should have in the Carrows' regime, so I'm glad to see Flitwick and Pomfrey doing something here.
